My approach is rooted in over 20 years of experience along with certifications in Sex and Couples therapy, Trauma Focused CBT, and Grief Recovery. I help adults and couples regain their inner strength, improve relationships, let go of negative thoughts, and become high-level communicators. I offer professional counseling for a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship issues such as infidelity recovery, trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, adult industry recovery, women’s issues including menopause, OCD, and more. Together we will work to establish lasting coping skills and map out the best way for you to move forward.
